Depaz and La Mauny Suites: a romantic getaway for two Both suites offer 50 m² of space for one or two people , with two different views and two distinct atmospheres, so you can choose the setting to suit your stay as a couple.

• The Depaz Suite opens onto a terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
• The La Mauny Suite looks outtowards the Atlantic Ocean, allowing you to enjoy the first light of day from its terrace.

Trois Rivières and Clément Lodges: spacious accommodation to share Measuring 100 m², the Trois Rivières and Clément Lodges accommodate four people, with two additional beds available on request.

• Trois Rivières features two bedrooms, a lounge, an open-plan kitchen and a terrace facing the Caribbean Sea. Its layout is ideal for both a family and two couples.
• Clément, facing the Atlantic, is located near the Carbet Swimming Pool and offers access suitable for people with reduced mobility. Two bedrooms, a living area, an open-plan kitchen and a furnished terrace make it easy to enjoy a holiday with a group.

Neisson and Saint James Lodges: for holidays for six The Neisson and Saint James Lodges each offer 130 m², three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six people.

• Neisson boasts a panoramic view stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to the Caribbean Sea. Its master suite features a king-size bed
• Saint James also offers spacious accommodation, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen leading out onto the terrace. Its various sleeping arrangements make it ideal for stays with family or friends, whilst ensuring everyone has their own space.

Comfort for a holiday in complete freedom Each holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals to your own taste and making the most of the terrace. Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation, and bed linen and towels are provided. Depending on the category chosen, a washing machine and a dishwasher are also provided. For families with young children, baby equipment can be provided free of charge on request. A private car park is reserved for residents.

On the day of departure, a luggage storage facility and complimentary shower allow you to enjoy a little more of Martinique before leaving the estate.

Le Carbet Piscine JM for relaxing in the sun Residents of the six holiday homes have access to the Carbet Piscine JM, a 300 m² communal area featuring an infinity pool, sun loungers, a thatched-roof bar and a barbecue area. The pool overlooks sweeping panoramic views stretching from the Atlantic to the Caribbean Sea.

Breakfast, a private chef or a massage – whatever takes your fancy A range of services can be added upon booking Breakfast and brunch,delivered directly to your accommodation. A catering service or the services of a private chef also allow you to enjoy a meal without having to cook. And to treat yourself to a proper break, one-hour massages for one or two people.
