With over 60 flavours, Excellence Glaces offers artisanal ice creams and sorbets that blend French expertise with authentic local flavours: mango, coconut, ginger, cassava, pineapple, guava, Cythère plum, cinnamon, vanilla, local apricot, and even the famous Iris-Shrubb Chocolate.
You can enjoy them on the spot in small pots or take away your favourite flavours in tubs of up to 2.5 litres. Perfect for family meals, evenings with friends or to stock your freezer with local treats.
A creator with boundless imagination, Pascal Féval also excels at the signature ice-cream desserts and cakes that have made his reputation: La Flamme, La Symbiose, L’Aphrodite, La Voluptueuse, L’Opéra and his famous ice-cream Yule logs. Each creation is perfect for sharing at birthdays, parties or festive occasions in Martinique.
At the workshop in Bourg du Lamentin, you can place an order for personalised, bespoke cakes or assorted selections.
