– 5 cl of AOC Martinique white agricultural rum– 2.5 cl of lime juice– 2.5 cl of cane syrup– 1 lime wedge– 1 shaker
Spin a few ice cubes in a cocktail glass (Martini) to chill.In the shaker, pour the white rum, lime juice and cane syrup.Add 10 ice cubes and shake for 20 seconds.Remove ice cubes from cocktail glass.Double-filter mixture in glass.Decorate with a lime wedge.
