Claude Ziouka, the emblematic figure of Carbet, is an artisan ice-cream maker who is a creator at heart.
This true alchemist of tastes and perfumes with a strong character, known beyond the borders, enchants us with his ice creams and sorbets with Peyi flavours.
It is in his small shop in Carbet, a must, just a stone's throw from the church, that he makes his 100% natural ice creams and sorbets in his laboratory, using seasonal fruits, plants and herbs. Each year Claude creates a range of ice cream desserts and ice cream biscuits: ideal for all occasions (birthdays, weddings, Valentine's Day, end of year parties...). Claude also provides a catering service for individuals and companies.
