Zanzibar Restaurant-Bar-Lounge

The cuisine is a blend of Creole flavours and French gastronomy.
The menu focuses on local produce from Martinique and the West Indies. A menu with an evocative name reflects this trend: "Caribbean Heritage", with dishes that bear the Zanzibar signature such as artisan stuffed crab, fish tartar with flavours, and foie gras mi-cuit au rhum vieux.

Fillet of Simmental beef is also on the menu, accompanied by mushrooms from Le Robert, a gratin of Péyi vegetables and green pepper from Kaz à Vanilles. You can also try the lamb reared in Martinique by M. Claude or the return of the catch.

As for desserts, you can't get enough of the blancmange with organic peyi lemongrass or the brioche French toast with salted butter caramel.

Cellar: The wine list is up to scratch, as are the cocktails to match the dishes on offer.
