The Creole-style villa has a magnificent 270° view over the Caribbean Sea. Its tropical garden (shared by the 2 flats) is equipped with hammocks and deckchairs. It is shaded by a splendid Phoenix palm tree which gave its name to the house. Lazy days and naps in a cool and quiet place are guaranteed!

This flat has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a sea view and the other two with a garden view. There are two shower rooms, a very large living room (where you can sleep) and a fully equipped kitchen. At cocktail time, the large terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and curl up in the sun loungers.
