Jordan, the chef, has created a menu that combines French cuisine and local products (100% home-made). Among the most popular dishes at the table:
- The perfect egg, espuma giraumon, ceps & foie gras, garlic croutons
- Lobster ravioli, shellfish milk & lemongrass emulsion
- Catfish fricassee in two ways with chorizo, banana purée
- Panna cotta coconut/curcuma
