    In the kitchen, the chef is inspired by the raw product and creates his dishes according to the market and the daily fishing returns. Here the cuisine is a successful combination of the sure values of French cuisine and the freshness of local produce. Everything is fresh and home-made. We often speak of "métissée" cuisine in Martinique, and his is truly so!

    You can choose from a top-quality lobster menu at 54 euros (the lobsters come directly from the restaurant's own fish tank) (Lobster ravioli - Roasted shelled lobster - Speculoos, pineapple, lemon and whipped cream tartlet) and a daily menu starting at 28 euros.

    The menu is constantly evolving and no matter what you choose, you will enjoy it:

    - Lobster ravioli, parmesan sauce, coriander and cumin, parsley oil
    - Cannelloni of smoked marlin, feta and local condiments & local orange paste
    - Duo of grilled prawns and squid, thyme risotto & local orange confit
    - Fish of the day or tartar of the moment
    - Pavlova, fresh fruit and homemade whipped cream
