Signature dishes such as Foie gras au rhum vieux, Tuna Tartare and Prawn Ravioli with shellfish sauce are sure-fire favourites, as is the country-style Crème brûlée. Hamburgers are always present. A gourmet bistronomic menu focused on the sea evolves regularly.

In the kitchen
Eugène Eustache and his team focus on "home-made" dishes, using local produce. Local vegetables, fish and meats are processed using French bistro techniques, resulting in original plate layouts. The well-balanced, gourmet dessert menu is sure to satisfy sweet tooths at the end of the meal.

Open for dinner on weekends, the restaurant takes on a more festive air, with occasional jazz evenings organized by this well-informed music lover.
