The chef makes a point of working with fresh produce to offer a culinary experience that fuses the hallmarks of French cuisine with local Martinique produce. Whether you're a fan of fish, meat or homemade desserts, each dish combines tradition and modernity.

The deliberately small menu is a guarantee of quality and changes with the seasons. There are 3 tapas to enjoy with Sophie's cocktails, as well as 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts. In addition to the menu, L'Escale offers daily suggestions based on new arrivals.

From December to May, L'Escale is open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. The restaurant is open until 3pm, but the last orders are taken at 1.30pm.
