Restaurant L'Escale

Nestling in the heart of a garden, a few steps lead down to a beautiful bohemian chic restaurant. You'll be welcomed by Sophie and Hugo, while in the kitchen, chef Paul Faure, who has worked in various restaurants in Martinique, has joined the team.

Thanks to the experience of this trio, they have developed a refined bistronomic cuisine, fusing the hallmarks of French cuisine with local Martinique produce. The deliberately small menu is a guarantee of quality, with 100% fresh produce. They favour short circuits, working with local fishermen, market gardeners and producers.

The menu, which changes with the seasons, offers 3 tapas to enjoy with Sophie's cocktails, as well as 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts.

The dishes are perfectly cooked, generous, balanced and tasty. Highlights include the perfect egg with hollandaise sauce and bread croutons, sea bream with creamy carrots, roasted vegetables and white wine sauce, and creamy chocolate with cocoa crumble and fleur de sel.

L'Escale offers starter-main course-dessert menus at €44, and starter-main course or main course-dessert menus at €37. (2024)
