Creole & French cuisine rooted in the local terroir Chef Mike Landerneau offers a concise, seasonal menu, updated monthly according to the catches of local fishermen and Martinican producers. His philosophy? To elevate local produce with creativity whilst honouring the classics. Specialities include: - Smoked conch - Grilled chatrou - Fresh fish of the day (snapper, ouassous…) - Smoked pork - Homemade desserts with local spices (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg) The menu gives pride of place to local produce: short supply chains, exceptional freshness and authentic flavours. A generous, balanced cuisine full of emotion. The menu of signature cocktails made with AOC Martinique rums and creative mocktails also contributes to the venue’s reputation.
