The ‘Le Dôme’ restaurant at the Karibea Valmenière Hôtel & Spa*** invites you to discover, under the direction of Chef Ruddy Nonone and his brigade, a fusion cuisine deeply rooted in Martinique's roots and terroir.
You will be welcomed on the 8th floor of the hotel, with a panoramic view over the city of Fort-de-France to the Baie des Flamands. -
The restaurant is open to all for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
For the chef, cooking is an art of seduction, which is undoubtedly what makes his dishes so delicious. He draws his signature “touch” from the Asian world, adding spices and condiments from the four corners of the globe to his dishes.
As well as the à la carte menu, you can choose from a wide range of formulas:
