The Restaurant at the Hôtel Plein Soleil in Le François In Le François, on the Atlantic coast of Martinique, the restaurant at the Hôtel Plein Soleil invites you to enjoy a culinary escape overlooking the bay. The restaurant welcomes both guests staying at the hotel and visitors passing through.

The set menu, starting at €60 per person, includes a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts.

This set menu allows chef Sandjy Réyal, an art enthusiast, to create beautifully presented dishes inspired by fresh produce, Creole flavours and more international influences. His cuisine is creative, and his striking presentation is an integral part of the experience, without detracting from what matters most: flavour, freshness and the balance of the combinations.

The menu changes according to seasonal suggestions. Special menus and brunches may also be offered throughout the year.

The venue is equally suited to a romantic dinner for two, a business lunch or a gastronomic experience with friends.

Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 9.30 am, with a gourmet selection: hot drinks, fresh fruit juices, breads, pastries, homemade dishes, fruit and eggs cooked to order.
Lunch is served on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm.
Dinner is served from Monday to Saturday, from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

To make the most of your getaway with:

The “Escape Package” allows you to enjoy the estate from 7.30 am to 5 pm. It includes breakfast, lunch (with drinks included in the package), as well as access to the swimming pool and communal areas.
The “Escapade Package”, available from 10.00 to 17.00, allows you to enjoy lunch and the swimming pool. (Booking required).

The venue can also host private or corporate events, on request.
