Le Dôme: a panoramic restaurant in Fort-de-France Enjoying lunch or dinner with a bird’s-eye view of Fort-de-France is one of the highlights of the panoramic restaurant Le Dôme, situated on the 8th floor of the 3* Karibéa Valmenière Hotel. Its large floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views over Fort-de-France and as far as Flamands Bay.

On the menu, head chef Ruddy Nonone and his team offer a fusion cuisine, rooted in the local traditions of Martinique and enriched with influences from further afield. And you don’t need to be staying at the hotel to enjoy it: Le Dôme is open to everyone.

Lunch at Le Dôme: the set menus Whether you’re popping in for lunch, attending a business meeting or simply fancy enjoying the panoramic views, there are several set menus available at lunchtime: • Set meal: €24 • Starter + main course or main course + dessert: €33 • Starter + main course + dessert: €38 • Children’s menu (under 12s): €22 A way to discover the chef’s cuisine by choosing a set menu to suit your time and appetite.

Dinner on the 8th floor of Valmenière In the evening, the menu changes and becomes more extensive. • Single course: €31 • Starter + main course or main course + dessert: €42 • Starter + main course + dessert: €51 The cuisine retains its fusion identity, blending Martinique flavours, spices and global influences, all set against the panoramic backdrop that characterises Le Dôme. It adds a whole new dimension to a dinner for two, a meal with friends or an evening out in Fort-de-France.
