Dinner on the 8th floor of Valmenière In the evening, the menu changes and becomes more extensive. • Single course: €31 • Starter + main course or main course + dessert: €42 • Starter + main course + dessert: €51 The cuisine retains its fusion identity, blending Martinique flavours, spices and global influences, all set against the panoramic backdrop that characterises Le Dôme. It adds a whole new dimension to a dinner for two, a meal with friends or an evening out in Fort-de-France.
