• The ‘La Yole’ restaurant welcomes you from breakfast through to dinner on its large, bright and colourful terrace, set against a backdrop of a tropical park, an infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea. Open every day from 6.30 am to 9.30 am for a continental and Creole breakfast (pastries, hot and cold dishes, juices, fresh fruit, etc.)
Lunch and dinner are served as a buffet from 12 noon to 2 pm and 7 pm to 9.30 pm.

• Le Sikrier restaurant, open from Wednesday to Sunday from 4 pm to 9.30 pm, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, offers a menu with Caribbean influences. Light cocktails, juices or local beer. The atmosphere is very pleasant and slightly secluded, with small huts with your feet in the sand or a dining area opening out onto the beach.
• Le Baril de Rhum, the poolside bar, is open from 4 pm to 11 pm. The barman’s signature cocktails and Caribbean music in the background will get your evening off to a great start. As night falls, the atmosphere steps up a gear with Cocktail/Tapas evenings, Latin-style aperitifs or acoustic lounge sessions. (see the ‘Evening Out’ section)
