Artisanal ice creams with flavours from Martinique In a short space of time, Fleur de Canne has become a leading name for its artisanal ice creams and sorbets. The flavours showcase the local terroir and Martinique’s producers. • Martinique vanilla, coconut, mango, lime and mint, cinnamon, melon, banana with salted caramel, tiramisu… The intensely flavoured vanilla ice cream is one of their bestsellers. Enjoy it in a cup, a cone or as a milkshake. They change their flavours every day!

Homemade desserts and local specialities Here, you simply can’t miss the Martinique vanilla flan – a true indulgence – or the chocolate cakes, vanilla-peanut cream puffs, financiers, Tropézienne cake or the pastries of the day. Crispy cookies round off this sweet treat. A special mention goes to the passion fruit meringue tart, a veritable explosion of tropical flavours, as beautiful as it is delicious.
