Pura Vida

Opened for 7 years, Pura Vida is the meeting place for epicureans on the hotels road that runs along the sea in Sainte Luce. A little away from the village, in a quiet residential area, you will find a mixed cuisine that revisits with refinement the products of the Creole terroir.
The evolving menu has its best-sellers: conch's blanquette with coconut milk, tuna half-cooked and the inevitable fresh lobster directly chosen from the restaurant's fish tank. It's fresh, it's good, the flavours are right, the dishes are well prepared, the welcome is friendly and the service professional. On weekends, a daily special suggestion enriches the menu's proposals, such as crab ravioli with spices, both original and tasty.

In the kitchen, the duo of passionate chefs combine their talents and inspirations in the pursuit of excellence. The gross product is the starting point for all their recipes. Tuna and dolphinfish freshly delivered by the local fishermen, fruit and vegetables from local market gardeners guarantee a healthy and fresh cuisine, sublimating the flavours and tastes of Creole DNA.

The restaurant is still as pleasant as ever with its Balinese furniture, its colourful decoration and its tropical plants. The relaxing atmosphere of the small lounge, the room open to the outside and the more intimate corridor create a cosy and warm atmosphere. This year, a corner near the carved bar honours a fine selection of old rums.
On weekends in season, jazzy bands come to play live for very "pura vida" evenings!
