    On the savoury side: you'll love the Flaky Hot Dog, or the Smoked Marlin or Smoked Chicken Sandwiches (made with local produce). Hot beverages, iced teas and 100% homemade fresh fruit juices will accompany your moment of indulgence.

    With the seasons and local traditions, Pâtisserie Hery's products evolve, offering an infinite variety of delights. For moments of celebration and indulgence, Entremets à partager will brighten up your tables for parties and special events - up to 30 slices per cake - (orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance). For last-minute invitations, you'll always find a 6-portion entremet in the shop window every day.

    - Tropiques - 6 parts (Dark chocolate mousse, cocoa joconde cookie, maracuja caramel, rocher glaze)
