  • For 2 years now, Bénédicte, a young woman from Martinique who graduated from the prestigious Ecole Lenôtre, has been treating us with her delicious home-made ice creams.

  • A graduate of the prestigious Lenôtre school and trained by Gérard Taurin, world ice cream champion and M.O.F., Bénédicte has taken up the challenge of combining gastronomy with the flavors of our orchards.

    She welcomes you in a friendly and colorful open air place, where you can eat in or take away, in continuous service.

    You can enjoy them in cones, jars, milkshakes, ice cream sundaes, frosted smoothies, alcoholic frosted cocktails...

    To complete the offer, you will find on the menu pancakes made with coconut flour and manioc flour:
    - Pancakes with local flavors: smoked marlin/ fresh cream/ cheese/ red onions, smoked chicken/ fried bananas/ onions/ fresh cream/ cheese/ fresh potatoes... or classic: ham/ cheese/ mushroom, goat/ honey/ cheese/ fresh tomatoesatoes...
    - Pancakes with sugar/old rum flambé, spread/flaked almonds, salted butter caramel/hazelnuts...
    - Iced crepes such as "La Vatable" (black forest ice cream/fresh strawberries/flaked almonds/chocolate sauce/chantilly), "L'Alma" (girly sorbet (lychee-pink-raspberry)/fresh fruit salad/flaked almonds/red fruit coulis/chantilly)...

    Bénédicte makes it a point of honor to make 100% homemade: pancake batter, cones, coulis, sauces, spreads, whipped cream...

    You can order online her ice creams and her frosted specialties (entremets, Xmas cake, kings cake...). Note also that all her ice creams can be sold in 125ml packaging or in 1 liter pots.
