Organic, fresh and local produce The food range includes organic fruit and vegetables, produce from local market gardeners, eggs, cheeses and other fresh produce. You’ll also find fruit and vegetable juices, jams, chocolate, nougat, local flours, local teas and herbal infusions, as well as various specialities from Martinique.
The shop offers plants and herbs traditionally used in practices associated with Ayurveda and wellbeing.
Specialised diets and alternatives Atout Bio stocks products suitable for various dietary requirements, including gluten-free and lactose-free options, as well as alternatives suitable for vegetarians.
On Fridays and Saturdays, a selection of baked goods is available: tarts, quiches, cakes and sweet treats. Some are available to order.
Natural cosmetics, personal care and bookshop The wellbeing section features natural and handmade cosmetics, personal care products and household cleaning solutions.
The bookshop rounds off the range with books on cooking, nutrition, plants, massage, wellbeing and Ayurveda.
Wellbeing workshops and events Atout Bio occasionally hosts workshops, tastings and meet-ups with producers and artisans. Topics may include discovering Martinique’s local produce, making cosmetics or household products, Ayurveda, essential oils or various other well-being-related subjects. (See calendar).
