Nya Bijoux Créations: handcrafted jewellery inspired by Martinique Nya Bijoux Créations designs and crafts handcrafted jewellery in Martinique, inspired by nature and Caribbean identity. Founded by Tania Sa Silva, the brand is particularly renowned for its use of natural seeds harvested on the island, which are combined – depending on the design – with semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, shells or surgical steel.

Based in Sainte-Luce, Tania welcomes visitors by appointment to showcase her jewellery, advise her customers or discuss bespoke requests.

Her collection features designs for women, men and children, perfect for treating yourself, giving as a gift or bringing back a piece of jewellery from Martinique that evokes the colours and natural beauty of the Caribbean.

Jewellery made from natural seeds harvested in Martinique Seeds are one of Nya Bijoux’s signature materials. Tania harvests them in Martinique before preparing them in her workshop. They are treated, then drilled or sanded depending on the design. The creation process may also begin with a sketch of the future piece before it is made.

Zanzibar seeds, Job’s tears, palm seeds or church seeds can be combined with gemstones or semi-precious stones, pearls and other natural materials. This diversity also allows for experimentation with shapes, colours and combinations of materials. A seed, a colour, a stone or a pendant can thus guide your choice towards a bracelet, a necklace, a pair of earrings or a bespoke piece.

In the Nature range, seeds and plant-based materials take centre stage. Among Tania’s particular favourites are the Zanzibar bracelet featuring a semi-precious stone, the Martinique map necklace and hand jewellery adorned with freshwater pearls.
