MDES

Tours are available all year round, from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays). The sugar-making season generally runs from January to July – during this period, the site is in full production and the tour takes on an extra dimension. Outside the season, the tour remains available and is just as informative.
The tour, step by step The Ti Train travels across the entire estate, stopping at each key attraction: • The sugarcane fields and the citrus orchard • The cane yard, the logistical heart of the harvest • The crushing and fermentation facilities • The Creole stills, where rum is first created • The ageing cellars, where the casks rest • The Rum Hut, the final stop on the tour
2026 prices: Adults: €8 · Children (aged 4–12): €4 · Free for under-4s. The Cabane à Rhum remains open to the public, even without booking a guided tour.
TIP: When you get in touch, mention that you’re coming via Martinique Tour!
After the tour, extend the experience at the Creole restaurant Kay Mimi, situated at the foot of the distillery, near the sugarcane field. Open Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 3 pm.
Throughout the year, events are organised on the estate: cocktail masterclasses, food pairing workshops and themed tastings. Find the upcoming dates on the Martinique Tour calendar.
