Since 2010, the Exurville family has rehabilitated the site and its mill. Eager to maintain the traditional cultures and to promote this heritage, they invite you to come and discover this authentic place which is part of the Martinique heritage. (See section "Sites and monuments")

You can have lunch on the spot or take away at lunchtime and some evenings. The 100% Creole cuisine is orchestrated by Guylaine and Patricia. The atmosphere is family and the decoration without fuss. You can find recipes and forgotten dishes such as toloman soup with conch or beef foot, accras with manioc flour, dombrés of crayfish, chicken in coconut milk and fish in a manioc crust or fried and marinated, stewed goat...

For the gourmets, the traditional pastries and cakes are also available at the table: matété with cassava flour, coconut flan, chocolate roll... As you will notice, here the values of tradition are also in the plate.
Cassava is an ideal vegetable for people intolerant to gluten.

If you wish to be delivered (Gros-morne, Trinité, Le Robert, Saint-Joseph, Lamentin) it is possible! Orders are made 48 hours in advance or before 11am the same day, for the menu of the day.

They offer a catering service up to 100 people... Contact Richard for more information.

A unique and authentic place! A must see!
