Le Jardin des Envies

In this oasis of freshness, the menu is inventive and offers a unique experience of Caribbean fusion cuisine. A joyful melting pot of flavours and influences, with a menu as colourful and verdant as the place itself.
In the kitchen, the chef and her team give free rein to their passion. Their aim: freshness, taste and imagination, with a focus on quality.

The restaurant is renowned for its signature dishes:
- Montagne Pelée en éruption" and its lamb mouse confit with wine and spices
- the "Burger de la Plantation" with its fried yellow bananas and its slab of duck and pan-fried foie gras cut with a knife,
- the "Shellfish and crustaceans", a real invitation to the Caribbean Sea.

As for dessert, you're sure to fall for the crème brulée with red berries and hibiscus, or the milk chocolate mousse, dark chocolate crumble and pretty bud... Not to mention the cocktails, which are to die for!
Following on from this unique restaurant, there's a lovely surprise in the garden: climb up the Mapou, a majestic tree on "Le Perchoir du Jardin". This is a private space for 6 to 8 people in the middle of the garden. Here you can enjoy a drink, Asian tapas or bokay (booking essential). That's all we can tell you... Go there and you'll see, it's a magical place!

Just next door to the restaurant, the little snack bar "Les petites envies" is ideal for a quick bite to eat...
