In this oasis of freshness, the inventive menu offers a unique experience of Caribbean fusion cuisine, a joyful blend of flavours and influences. In the kitchen, chef Clara and her team give free rein to their passion, focusing on freshness, taste and creativity as part of a quality approach.

The restaurant is renowned for its signature dishes, including :
- the ‘Montagne Pelée en éruption’, with its lamb mouse confit in wine and spices,
- the ‘Plantation Burger’, with fried yellow bananas, duck steak and pan-fried foie gras cut with a knife,
- the ‘Shellfish and crustaceans’, a real invitation to the Caribbean Sea.
For dessert, try the crème brûlée with red fruit and hibiscus, or the milk chocolate mousse with dark chocolate crumble. And don't miss the absolutely delicious cocktails!

Le Jardin des Envies has a lovely surprise in store: ‘Le Perchoir du Jardin’, a private space nestled in a majestic Mapou tree, ideal for 6 to 8 people in the middle of the garden, perfect for enjoying Asian tapas or bokay (reservation required). It's a magical place!
