Le Central

In the Rond Point shopping mall, the former restaurant upstairs has metamorphosed to make way for the Central in a pure industrial style combining light wood, metal and stone.

Through this self-service restaurant, Martinique's culinary traditions are enhanced, offering cooked dishes and a grill area. The dish of the day is from 9,90 euros. The salad bar offers the small plate from 7 euros, or large plate from 12 euros, with 20 different ingredients and homemade desserts.

Plate in hand, you can have lunch around a large table to share, a private table or on the high tables, with a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea.

Beyond the restaurant, the place is meant to be a place of life and exchange: afterworks, conferences, debates, show cooking, workshops, yoga, brunch... Small cosy lounge, covered terrace for smokers, the atmosphere is really friendly!

The Central is entirely privatisable (250 people seated).
