Le Bambou restaurant is located in Morne Rouge on the Route de la Trace. It's one of the best on the island, with its traditional Creole cuisine. It is one of Martinique's oldest restaurants (1986), run by the same family for 3 generations. An unmissable stop-off on a trip to the north. A real favourite!
The restaurant's large dining room is an oasis of freshness, with its plants, tropical flowers and bamboo walls. The place is bright and well ventilated.

Their recipe for success: warm, friendly service and Caribbean cuisine that highlights the local produce. The vegetable gratins are made with coconut milk. Fish is prepared fried, in blaffs or in court-bouillon like the recipes of yesteryear. The cuisine here is simmered with love.
