La Ferme de Perrine

At equal distance from the North and the South, in Lamentin near the airport and the racetrack, Perrine's farm proposes you to have lunch. On the menu, all the tradition of Creole cuisine with products from the farm and the orchard.

On the menu: accras, old-fashioned soups: pâté en pot, foot soup, green soup, calalou, fried balaous... Cooked dishes such as poultry fricassees (guinea fowl, rooster...), stews and colombos (pork, beef, goat), or even smoked rabbit. The dishes are accompanied by local vegetables, breadfruit, taro, plantains, lentils, red beans etc. As for fish, they are grilled, fried or in court-bouillon... and for the sweet touch, the inevitable coconut flan or blanc-manger.
You will see, a restaurant in the pure tradition.

Every sunday at noon, place to gastronomy in music: dancing lunch, buffet at will and free bar.

The farm of Perrine is:
- A place where farmyard animals rub shoulders with exotic birds in a garden labeled "Remarkable". A visit that will please the children.
- A butcher's shop and a fishmonger's shop selling products from the sea, the land and the farm: sheep, goats, beef, pork, poultry, cold cuts, eggs, market garden products, fruit from the orchard...
- An organic market on Saturday morning
