You won't want to miss the frieze on the façade, painted in the colours of the Caribbean. Once past the entrance, a Garden of Eden opens up before you. The terraces are neat and tidy, the tables colourful and covered with tablecloths. The waitresses, dressed in Creole dress, are friendly and attentive, and will advise you according to your desires.

In the kitchen: Yanic Malidor, assisted by her chef Joceline, prepares generous dishes from her childhood. They make it a point of honour to share this heritage with home-cooked dishes, long browned and simmered, full of flavour and fragrance.

At this North Caribbean landmark, you'll be able to sample the dishes for which the place is famous:
    - Roussi de lambi, served in a sweet potato puff pastry
    - Duo of blood sausages in banana dress
    - Sea bream in nori leaf
    - Colombo of pork, a speciality of the house
    - Fine banana tart

The tropical garden: You can visit this garden before or after your lunch. Rare species endemic to the island grow side by side with fruit trees, cocoa, vanilla, orchids and tropical flowers. The garden becomes a showcase for your receptions! An excellent table in an extraordinary garden...
