K’féco - Boutique Chocolatier

  • K'Féco, renowned for its handmade chocolates in Martinique, is offering an immersive tour of its cocoa plantation located between Le Lamentin and Le Robert.

    This guided tour, led by Philippe Jean-Marie Alphonsine, provides an opportunity to discover the history of cocoa, from planting to chocolate-making.

  • Like a creator of happiness, his passion and curiosity have led him to create coffee and chocolate in all their forms. He combines chocolate with local plants, fruit and vegetables (sweet potato, manioc, lemongrass, ginger, guava...), as well as sugar and coconut milk.

    You can also enjoy :
    - Raw (unroasted) dark or coconut milk chocolate bars
    - White chocolate bars with coconut milk
    - Chocolates filled with ganache (mango, sweet potato, ginger, lemongrass, guava, manioc, coconut punch, old...

    Philippe also invites visitors to explore the cocoa plantation and discover the different varieties of cocoa, including Criollo, Forastero and Trinitario. They can also taste the raw beans, straight from the pod, and take part in the various stages of cocoa processing.

    Philippe, respectful of the environment and his heritage, thus promotes the richness of his terroir by working exclusively with coffee and cocoa from Martinique.

    The visit ends with a tasting of K'Féco's artisanal products, produced without pesticides or preservatives, for an experience that is both gourmet and educational.

    He welcomes you to his plantation (for visits by appointment) and in his shop every day. An exceptional address!
