Scalding - Steaming - Drying - Aromatic maturation. It takes two years between the flowering and the end of maturation.

In order to diversify her crus, she works with other producers, so you will find :
    - Vanilla planifolia, the most aromatic
    - Vanilla tahitensis, with fruity and floral notes
    - The pompora vanilla, the rarest, with balsamic, licorice and tobacco leaf notes

In addition to vanillas, she cultivates spices and exceptional peppers such as Penja and manufactures a range of aromatic oils, products derived from vanilla, infusions, jams, medicinal plants, arranged rums ...

She welcomes you at 3 rue des tamariniers in Trois-Ilets, for a visit every day.
She has opened a shop at 4 rue des Alamandas in Anse Mitan.
