Trois-Îlets :
- Boutique and vanilla plantation in the La Ferme district.
- Boutique at Pointe du Bout, near the Casino.
Le Marin: Boutique on the main road in the town.
Fort-de-France: Shop at 50 rue Blénac.

The Plantation Écomusée Kaz à Vanille in Trinité, an immersive visit
Take a guided tour to discover how vanilla is grown, and take part in some unique workshops: making cocoa sticks and coffee. Don't feel like visiting? Buy vanilla beans and related products directly from the on-site shop: spices, rare peppers, jams, rum liqueurs, medicinal plants - products are also available in the other shops.
Cathy's vanilla secret
Vanilla, a fragile orchid, requires meticulous care. Once ripe and bursting with flavour, Cathy transforms it in her workshop using a two-year traditional process:
- Scalding: Initial preparation.
- Steaming: Developing the aromas.
- Drying: Concentration of flavours.
- Aromatic maturation: the secret of its exceptional quality.
Vanilla Varieties to Discover
• Vanilla Planifolia: The most aromatic, a timeless classic.
• Vanilla Tahitensis: Fruity and floral notes, perfect for gourmet lovers.
• Vanilla Pompona: Rare, with balsamic, licorice, and tobacco aromas.
