All of Sana's artisanal ice creams are made in her workshop in Trois-Ilets with seasonal fruits from her orchard.

Sana artisan ice cream maker is a true alchemist of the taste. This young passionate woman from Martinique with an atypical career path trained at the Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, Italy, where she acquired an exceptional touch.
Creating original perfumes with innovative flavors, mixing local flavors, Sana introduces you to her world and all its subtleties to delight your taste buds.

In her small store located in the Village Creole, on the way to the Bakoua hotel, you can taste her ice creams in jar, in cone (1, 2, 3 scoops, with or without topping) or in milkshake, either sitting on the terrace or strolling in the village.

You can also order them in 50cl or 1 Litre buckets or place your orders via the website at the latest 24 hours in advance.

This year, Sana also offers plain waffles with a homemade chocolate coulis or the Coccogaufre with waffle, scoop of ice cream, whipped cream and her famous chocolate coulis.

- Caramel & salted butter, with a sweet taste of caramel enhanced with fleur de sel.
- Chocolate filled with candied orange peel.
- Cherry amarena (without alcohol).
- 72% cocoa chocolate.
- Vanilla with natural pods.
- Vanilla pecan enriched with caramelized almonds and caramel coulis.
- Cinnamon, subtly spiced.
- Coconut.
- Milk cream with a subtle taste of good milk.
- Peanut.
