Chez Louise - Le Rameau de Champfleury

Today, it is rare to find a restaurant that carries all the Creole cuisine DNA, inherited from a family of fishermen and cooks. In 2009, it was an obvious choice for Louise to open her own restaurant. With her husband Ferdinand and Johan in the kitchen, she perpetuates the values instilled in the family kitchen of her childhood.

The place blends in with the vegetation; the small, traditional herb and spice garden is the guarantee for subtly scented dishes. A large shaded terrace, flowers, colours, madras, the atmosphere is in harmony with the kitchen.

You will of course find there :

- smoked chicken
- coconut blanc-manger
and especially the house specialties like:
- Conch Pâté en pot
- Avocado féroce
- Louise's composite platters: "Ti Regal of the house" (1/2 lobster, crayfish, fish brochette), Sea platter (grilled conch, octopus, shrimps fricassee, accras).

In season, don't miss the Blaff and Sea Urchin Fricassee! The desserts are just like the menu: homemade, fresh and full of flavour... Note the starter, main course and dessert menu from 18 euros and on Sundays a formula from 25 euros with open bar. A quality and know-how rewarded with the bronze medal of tourism as well as the brand Tourism Quality.

It is open for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday, and by reservation on Friday and Saturday evenings.
