    Each burger is a unique creation that will take you on a journey. They are made using traditional recipes, guaranteeing exceptional flavours.

    The beef and smoked brisket come from the Péyi butchers, the chicken from France, the potatoes are fresh and the buns are homemade.

    The chef uses local spices to enhance the flavour, adding a West Indian touch to certain burgers.

    On the menu you'll find :
    - The Hambourg with its brioche buns, minced steak, homemade tartar sauce, homemade coleslaw, tomato, onions and curry.
    - Le Panam brioche bun, minced steak, Roquefort sauce, snaké apples, poiterine, onion confit, tomato, salad.

    - The New Yorker with its charcoal bun, minced steak, bbq sauce, cheddar, smoked bacon, red onion, salad and grilled tomato.
    - The Afro with its turmeric bun, marinated chicken, cheddar, yassa sauce, yellow banana, onions and salad.
    - The Kréyol with its buns, breaded fish, sweet potato velvet, spicy mayonnaise, salad, tomato, onion pickles.

    - Le Végé, brioche buns, sweet potato velvet, onion confit, grilled vegetables, thyme cheddar sauce, salad.



    Your burger will be accompanied by home fries, cooked to perfection for a crispy texture.
    - Poke-bwols, kebabs, home fries and small desserts complete the offer.

    You can have lunch in the small, cosy, air-conditioned dining room, on the terrace or order takeaway. The use of eco-responsible containers is also part of the restaurant's philosophy. It illustrates their commitment to reducing their environmental impact.
