Beach Grill

The forerunner of the beach restaurants of Carbet owes its success as well to the site facing the Caribbean Sea as to its menu of grilled meats and its cool vacation atmosphere.

The restaurant is articulated in several spaces, the large room entirely opened on the sea where you will be able to lunch under the misting devices (super pleasant)... the space transat the feet in sand where you will be able to take: aperitifs, nibbles and sublimes cocktails with like backdrop the yoles and the broom of the pelicans... the top!!!

The menu: It evolves every year but remains faithful to its sure values: fresh fish (grilled, fried or semi-cooked) and of course the grilled ribbs, rib of beef, entrecote.
Must-try: grilled lambi filet and lobster (to be reserved 48 hours in advance depending on arrival).
You can also taste the famous balaous du Carbet, big "beach bowl" salads, homemade burgers, especially the Fish Burger. On the sweet side, the brioche "façon perdue" and the heart of the islands are sinful delicacies. The bar is also famous for its cocktails.
