  • A graduate of the Atelier de la Crêpe, the International Training School for Pancake Makers in Saint-Malo, this former nurse anaesthetist decided to make her passion - pancakes - her profession. She has reinvented this flagship product of French culinary heritage and Breton gastronomy, giving it all its nobility.

    The PÉPITES, savoury with organic buckwheat and sweet with wheat, are presented as bite-sized snacks with original flavours, with a nod to local produce.

    You'll be able to taste the Pépites :
    Savoury :
    - Potato crumble, grilled cod béchamel.
    - Marlin ceviche, lemon-ginger cream.
    - Duo of salmon in a béchamel sauce with parmesan.
    - Yellow banana gratin style, béchamel sauce, smoked bacon, fried banana.

    Sweet :
    - Apple-pear crumble, salted butter caramel.
    - Vanilla rum and grape cream, fresh grapes flambéed in old rum.
    - Rice pudding with Bourbon vanilla and maple caramel.
    - Peanut praline cream, caramelised peanut praline

    This year, Coralie has created an 'Apéro Box' of 40 PÉPITES
    (savoury and sweet based on 5 different flavours - pre-ordered 48 hours in advance)

    Coralie favours short circuits and uses eco-responsible containers: recyclable boxes and napkins, bamboo tongs.

    To taste An Tjè Coco's PÉPITES, sign up quickly on her Whatsapp loop (0696 85 70 77), place a pre-order from Sunday to Tuesday 12pm and come and collect them:
    - Wednesdays from 12pm to 2.30pm
    - Thursday and Friday from 5pm to 8pm
