Morning: whale watching The morning is devoted to whale-watching, in strict accordance with the code of conduct for observing marine mammals in Martinique. Laurent, a passionate skipper, shares his knowledge of the cetaceans found in Martinique’s waters. Identification guides help you recognise nearly 20 species: • Pantropical spotted dolphin (sedentary species) • Sperm whale • Humpback whale (from November to March) • Round-headed dolphin … and many other possible encounters, all full of excitement.
The afternoon continues at an exceptional spot, perfect for relaxing and swimming. It’s the perfect place to explore the seabed and swim amongst tropical fish… and very often turtles too. All equipment is provided: • flippers, masks and snorkels, • buoyancy aids and flotation equipment.
Aliotis is also the only professional diving club operating from a boat in Martinique, with all the equipment on board. • introductory dive • exploration dives if you’re already certified Laurent is an MF2 and BEES1 instructor, certified by FFESSM and PADI, ensuring safety, effective teaching and comfort.
Aliotis holds ECOSUB accreditation for: • environmental education and sustainable development (since 2012), • eco-responsible practices, • contributing to the understanding and conservation of marine ecosystems (scientific eco-volunteering with the CNRS, support for the sea turtle network).
Meals: catering on board • Morning: coffee & pastries • Lunch: à la carte lunch (generous, fresh and tasty cuisine) • End of the day: light snack & a small planteur cocktail • Unlimited drinks
