His creative cuisine highlights local and international flavours, offering unique culinary experiences. The menu, which is regularly renewed, offers suggestions of the day, as well as special menus and brunches every month.

The restaurant also welcomes you for breakfast or for a ‘Relaxation Day’ (from 7.30am to 5pm) including breakfast, lunch and an afternoon of zen by the pool. The bar is open on Friday and Saturday evenings, and for cocktails on Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes.
As well as the hotel and restaurant, the site is ideal for all your receptions. Working in close harmony with your wishes, the team will transform the venue into the setting of your dreams for wedding receptions, christenings, birthdays and business seminars. Service available for up to 110 people, classic plated service or cocktail buffet dinner.
