Starting point: Parking area at the Crève-Coeur piton.
Access: N5, D9, D33, then direction Crève-Cœur.
The ascent of the Crève-Coeur piton is hard but the efforts of the exercise are well rewarded by the two points of view located at the top of the peak. -
Go to the right towards the fence on the small track which goes up into an undergrowth and passes by the ruins of the mansion. Continue straight ahead, the path continues through a plateau, then a small descent that leads to a crossing. Turn left towards the top. The path climbs in bends and becomes steeper and steeper. A little higher up, a bench allows you to take a break and admire the panorama.
Continue the ascent, and turn right to go to the first point of view. Continue the ascent, and turn right to go to the first point of view. After enjoying the panorama, retrace your steps and then go to the right towards the second point of view. From here, the view of the coast and the hills is magnificent. You are at the top of the Crève-Coeur peak at an altitude of 200 metres, you can orient yourself thanks to the orientation table. Turn around and go down the same path and at the fork at the foot of the piton, turn right to return to the parking area.
