Xavier's mission is to introduce as many people as possible to his superb environment (Le Robert Islets) and to share his knowledge of the marine environment, far from the crowds and the beaten track, as well as his aquaculture activity.

With this passionate and captivating guide, you will discover the ecosystem of Le Robert Bay in a completely different way. The "Cobia", its 7m skiff (8 seats), equipped with a canopy, powered by a 150hp engine, takes you to the most beautiful natural sites in the Atlantic, which he knows at his fingertips. You will stop off at the aquaculture farm created by Xavier in the open sea. 2 types of excursions are available: Full day from Departure at 9:30 am from Pointe Lynch at Le Robert - Visit of the site on land: Xavier presents the nursery and its species to you - Explanation of how aquaculture works and its history - Visit of the mangrove swamp: Xavier introduces you to this ecosystem with its priceless biodiversity - Visit of the Aqua XS aquaculture farm and fish feeding - Lunch break: grills on a real floating hut in the open sea Possibility to fish and eat your own fish for lunch! - Visit of the islets of Le Robert Bay: meeting with the colony of endemic iguanas on Chancel Islet, visit and history of the old sugar factory - Visit and anecdotes on the island - Swimming, snacks, homemade punch on the white bottoms. - Snorkeling (masks and snorkel available) Return at 4:30 pm Rate 2019 : Adult 75€, child(-10 years) 40€ Half day from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm or 1pm - 4.30pm - Visit of the site on land: Xavier presents the nursery and its species to you - Visit of aquaculture farms at sea - Discovery of mangroves with the expert comments of the captain - Visit of the Aqua XS farm and fish feeding - Sea bath, homemade punch and a small snack prepared by Xavier Rate 2019 : Adult 45€, child (-10 years) 30€ Full Moon 6:30pm-11pm Once a month, on full moon nights, embark with Xavier for an unusual and festive evening at sea. Head for the floating cabin installed near an islet in the bay. Evening with music, aperitif, grills and drinks at your discretion. Moonlight night swimming is an unforgettable experience! evening from 55€ Xavier also offers day trips on the Caribbean side, from Fort de France. THE AQUA XS AQUACULTURE FARM Martinique has been involved in aquaculture since 1974. Mainly dedicated to the tropical umbrine, commonly known as the Caribbean wolffish, it has experienced a real boom since the 2000s. Installed in 2008, the environmentally friendly AQUA XS farm is located in the open sea, off the coast of all housing. There are the basins where the fry are fed and cared for until they are fished with nets. You can visit the AQUA XS farm during the various tours offered on board the Cobia.
