Starting point: in front of the Sainte-Luce police station Access : along the D7 road The "Parcours du Littoral Sport et Détente de Sainte-Luce" (Sainte-Luce coastal sports and relaxation trail) is a course divided into two parts: a first part, a health course up to Pointe Philippeaux with numerous exercises using equipment set up along the path, then a second part up to Anse Mabouya allowing the discovery of the different beaches of Sainte-Luce.
Opposite the police station, take the few steps that will take you along the sea. At the very beginning you will come across various warm-up and stretching stations (1), then some facilities such as the fixed beam (2), the jumping jacks (3), the slalom (4). Go straight on along the sea, you will come across a small grouping of machines such as the Fitness Twister, Fitness Bike, Fitness Body Shaper (5), then fixed bars (6). Cross the car park in the direction of Gros-Raisin beach (7), passing over the small bridge. At the end of the beach, many facilities are waiting for you: triple fixed bars, flexion bars, jumping jacks, and a street workout area (8), but also a climbing ladder (9) and a tightrope bridge (10). Continue along the path, crossing a small cove leading to the last grouping of facilities with an ab tray, suspension poles, parallel bars (11). You will finish the fitness trail activities with a stretching station (12). Walk along the sea to reach the Pont Café beach (13) where the second part of the course begins. Enjoy the magnificent panorama of the "femme couchée" (Morne Larcher) and the Rocher du Diamant. Continue towards Corps de Garde beach (14), where you can enjoy various sports fields. Continue along the sea towards the beaches of Fond Banane (15) and Anse Désert (16). Head towards the bottom of the cove to discover a passage behind a small ruined building. Follow this path back to a housing estate which you must cross to reach Anse Mabouya (17).
