My friends are coming on vacation to Martinique for a special occasion and have asked me to find them a prestigious accommodation in the south of the island. “You can book direct via our website and we are present on all booking platforms and travel agencies.

We rent out fully furnished and very well equipped apartments for self-catering vacations. We welcome our guests on arrival and remain available at all times to advise them 7 days a week in order to answer their questions about Martinique, leisure activities… We really want to ensure personalized service, because we’re banking on a luxury residence!”

– Are there several types of apartments in the residence? Is there a minimum number of nights?

“We offer 3 types of high-end accommodation: T2 (1 bedroom) for 2 people, T3 (2 bedrooms) for 4 people and T4 duplex (3 bedrooms) for 6 people. Yes, the apartments can be rented for stays of 3 nights minimum in low season and 7 nights in high season. We’re really on a vacation or extended weekend concept, depending on the season.”

As my friends are coming for a honeymoon, Vinciane suggests I visit a T2 grande terrasse, the most beautiful T2 in the residence located on the 4th and top floor.

The terrace is a living room as well with a large sofa, a table where it must be quite pleasant to have breakfast and aperitifs in the setting sun… It feels like home.

Waow, it’s magnificent! Theview of the sea, the baie de Fort-de-France and the Pitons du Carbet is breathtaking.

I love the clean yet warm design. The choice of materials, colors and furniture is flawless! The living room opens onto the super-equipped kitchen, and the bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Everything is provided: quality bed linen and towels. I really like the bathroom and its walk-in shower.

The apartment is spacious, decorated with great taste, the whole exudes an impression of space and luxury.

A Balinese pool

The tree-lined garden, the Balinese infinity pool,the deckchairs, form a harmonious whole, in complete privacy.

At the same time the residence is very quiet, between sea and forest. You can relax by the pool, lounging on a deckchair, while others go shopping or on excursions.It’s practical and that’s what vacations are all about!

In everyone’s opinion, the couple Vinciane and Maxime are very professional, attentive and make sure that everything runs smoothly. They use an app that allows them to welcome you on arrival, do your inventory online, suggest activities, itineraries and have access to all the services of a concierge. Efficient and discreet!
