Aurélie welcomes me with a broad smile. We settle into the large, light and airy room. I’m mesmerized by the view: I can see the fishing skiffs, Pointe Marin, Sainte-Anne and the neighboring island of Sainte-Lucie in the distance, and the water is an incredible shade of blue… With her husband Gary, the chef in the kitchen, they took over the establishment in 2022, based on a simple concept: to offer a typically West Indian cuisine, fragrant and tasty, based on local produce.
