– 4 cl white rum 40°
– 1/2 fresh lime

- In a mojito glass, arrange 8 whole mint leaves that have been previously washed and wiped clean.
- Dice the lemon and place it in the glass.
- Pour in the cane syrup.
- Gently crush the diced lemon, mint leaves and cane sugar with a pestle to extract the juice.
- Add the rum.
- Add the crushed ice to the glass and top up with sparkling water.
- Mix and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
