The 22 apartments of the Residence range from the standard studio (32m²) to the superior apartment (65m²) and can accommodate from 1 to 6 persons:
- Studios (32m2 for 2 pers maximum), are equipped with a double bed, a living room and a kitchen. You can also book a studio with a sofa bed for up to 4 people.
- The apartments (50m2 for 1 to 4 people), are composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, a living room and a kitchen,
- Apartment with mezzanine 3 rooms (65m2 for 1 to 6 people), composed of a room with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, a living room and an American kitchen,

The apartments are furnished with all the comforts of quality and maintained with the greatest care. In this establishment, the greatest attention has been paid to the warm decoration, as well as to the equipment so that the customers can fully enjoy their vacations or a short stay.
