The restaurant is located on the first floor in the rue Victor Hugo. In addition to a neat and warm setting, the strong point of the place is its fusion cuisine. A cuisine that favours local products - fish, fruit, vegetables, herbs - and integrates them into a gourmet spirit where the originality of the recipes carries a true culinary signature.

Here you can enjoy an oatmeal risotto with lobster, a cockerel stuffed with homemade foie gras, a fondant of chuck with Indian wood seeds, as well as homemade desserts such as a mango Tarte Tatin or a chocolate and red fruit dome. The terroir is always highlighted and the prices are very affordable.

Cellar side:
In addition to the fantastic cocktails, Gabriel has designed an exceptional wine and champagne list. His cellar has nearly 300 references, to match the dishes served and for all budgets. (see "Regional products" section)

Some wines and champagnes are exclusive, great wines, small producers, the choice is eclectic. They can be enjoyed as an aperitif, during your dinner, you can also take them away...
