A day combining nature, traditions and local gastronomy:
- Sailing on the white seabed, as close as possible to the coral reef
- Discovery of the Cap Chevalier ornithological nature reserve and its islets
- Visit the mangrove swamps
- Rum tasting, with accras and Creole black puddings
- Cockfighting demonstration (no killing)
- Creole lunch on îlet Chevalier - West Indian menu or lobster menu (booking required)
- Entertainment: lively Creole dance, discovery of the flora and fauna (mongooses, land crabs, birds)
- Tasting of West Indian chocolate & butter bread, served at snack time
- Drinks and punch served as required
