On site, visitors can taste the different vintages and gain a better understanding of the distillery's unique approach: 100% single-estate rums, with no additives, revealing the precise influence of the soil, climate and artisanal expertise.

Each tasting is an opportunity to discuss, compare aromatic profiles and appreciate the richness of the vintages.
• White rums:
A pure expression of the cane and the terroir, such as Plein Soleil, from a single plot, ideal for discovering the house's signature aroma.
• Amber rums:
Aged in American or French oak barrels depending on the terroir, such as Fleurs du Vent or Fruits des Pluies, revealing finesse, complexity and balance.
• Old and vintage rums:
Produced in limited quantities, they are the faithful expression of a plot and a harvest year. Such as ‘Le Cœur de Karakoli’ and ‘Brin d'Amour’.
• Special cuvées and limited editions:
Intended for connoisseurs and enthusiasts looking for unique aromatic profiles.
‘Brut Amphore’ is a unique ageing process for rum: in amphorae! An ancestral technique, practised in their time by the Romans... limited to 1,000 bottles.
