Some wines are even the fruit of exclusive collaborations: two wine cuvées and two signature champagnes have been created especially for the establishment, testifying to Gabriel's pronounced taste for auteur wines and atypical blends.
On-site tasting or direct purchase
Wines and champagnes can be :
- Tasted on site during your meals or wine evenings
- Purchased either directly at the restaurant or via the online boutique
- Offered in gift boxes, including a bottle of your choice (e.g. La Colibri, La Monastique) accompanied by two silk-screened “The Yellow” flutes.
