Since 2013, Le Carbet du Coeur has been proudly supporting the L'Arche Project in Martinique, with the ambition of creating places to live for people with intellectual disabilities.

These places aim to restore dignity and autonomy to these people while promoting social cohesion.

This wonderful project came to fruition with the opening of Les Petites Tables du Carbet du Cœur, a warm and welcoming table d'hôte in Terres Sainville, Fort-de-France. The aim of this unique space is to bring people together, train them and raise awareness around a common objective: to share a moment of conviviality around the table.

Les Petites Tables is :

- A training centre for catering and service professions.
- An open table to encourage encounters and inclusion.
- A place of solidarity where everyone can contribute in their own way.

Take part in an extraordinary experience with our ‘Déjeuner Extra-Ordinaire’, held every Tuesday and Thursday from 12.30pm, by prior arrangement. Come and enjoy a delicious local menu prepared with care and share authentic moments in good company.
